Title: Lifesaving Protection, WASH, Health and Nutrition Assistance to

Displacement and Famine in River Nile

The project widely addresses underserved priorities, including urgent GBV and GP in emergencies.  The project is developed on a participatory approach, where needs have been identified by engagement of protection sector and sub-sectors in complementary manner. This intervention is developed on integrated protection approach to be delivered as one package including urgent and basic needs package to ensure effectiveness as well as value for money. The project will ensure the maximum integration of, GBV and GP services. Project is involving women, adolescent girls, PWDs and other at-risk groups in relevant aspects of protection activities; monitor and address the protection risks, support the provision of age, gender, and culturally sensitive multi-sectorial care and support for PSNs. Through provision of case management to CP ,GBV and GP in addition to provision of sychosocial support and mental health services to the most vulnerable ,capacity building of service providers and frontliners and rehabilitation of safe spaces the project is serving more than 4,860 vulnerable IDPs in Atabara River Nile.
