White Nile

White Nile is currently among the safe resettlement states and IDPs are pouring into it from Khartoum daily; this resulted in increase of needs to humanitarian services which is beyond the capacity of current interventions of NADA and the other service providers. Accordingly, there is a need to scale up the service delivery as soon as possible specially integrated protection services. NADA conducted a comprehensive consultation exercise with the targeted communities, youth groups, women groups, community influencers and state level authorities and sub sector coordinators both at state and national level and as a result of those consultations and the increased needs; NADA will continue and expand on its protection intervention in White Nile. NADA aims to improve protection and dignity among IDPs through integrated CP and GBV activities to mend the broken social fabric and enhance resilience while raising awareness of critical protection risks and normalizing documentation, reporting, and treatment of such occurrences. NADA will maintain a Coordination process in the project locations to ensure maximum service impacts among beneficiaries that received it from different service providers. Also, the coordination with the community protection social networks NADA will strengthen to monitor any violations against the rights of the newly displaced people as well as the coordination with the service providers to facilitate access to the services. - NADA team has been maintaining good work relationship and strong coordination with state authorities , sub sectors technical working groups and service providers to avoid duplication of the services provided to the targeted communities and to maximize geographical coverage
